When Ms. Yuson first began Focus 360, she was unsure of her direction. She was juggling uncertainty about her career path while also dealing with instability in her personal life. Her goals felt unclear, and her confidence was understandably shaken.

During the first week, the facilitator helped Ms. Yuson shift her focus toward employment. Through one-on-one support, she developed clearer goals and worked to update her resume; this time with a stronger focus on her strengths and desired industries.
In week two, Ms. Yuson faced a life-changing shift: her household changed from a two-parent unit to a single-parent one. Suddenly, her priorities turned toward meeting immediate financial needs. She needed a job, one that offered flexibility to support her children and create space for future goals.
Instead of giving in to the pressure, Ms. Yuson leaned into her existing resources. She reflected on past employers and reached out to those who had offered supportive, flexible schedules. Her initiative paid off: she was rehired by WIS International as an Inventory Clerk.
The position offers her over 30 hours per week with a schedule that allows her to continue caring for her family while planning her next move. With greater stability and a renewed sense of control, Ms. Yuson is now considering going back to school to further her education and explore long-term career options.
