Mervin completed Focus 360 in August 2025 without securing employment, but he did not lose momentum. Determined to achieve stability for his family, he returned for an additional two weeks of job search, encouraged by the consistent support and belief shown by his Focus 360 team. By November 2025, he had completed job search activities and identified several promising leads.
Throughout this period, Mervin remained confident in the professional experience he had built through previous employment. He brought with him an impressive background in Human Resources Information Systems and a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition Technology.
In prior roles as an Information Systems and Technology Advisor, Mervin consistently demonstrated a high level of knowledge, professionalism, and a results-driven mindset. His experience allowed him to adapt quickly to systems, streamline processes, and support teams with innovative, tech-forward solutions.
Mervin’s ability to combine technical expertise with a people-centered approach made him a valuable asset to potential employers. His past contributions supported improved workflow efficiency, strengthened HR operations, and contributed to long-term organizational success.
On January 12, 2026, Mervin carried that experience forward as he began his position as a TSE Worker at the Lancaster GR-SUB Metro Life II Project, working a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week at $16.90 per hour. By bringing his existing skills into the worksite, Mervin established a strong foundation for continued growth, learning, and professional achievement.
